2019 PATHWAYS FOR TRADE SYMPOSIUM

ADAPTIVE GLOBAL TRADE: NEW RULES, TECHNOLOGY, AND E-COMMERCE

The event hosted by Laredo Economic Development Corporation together with Laredo’s international trade stakeholders, was held September 10-11 2019 at Texas A&M International University’s Student Center Ballroom and Auditorium titled “Adaptive Global Trade: New Rules, Technology and E-Commerce" and was focused on trade issues and policies that impact the US, Mexico and Canada on economic development issues and industries like transportation, manufacturing, energy and workforce.

This year’s topics were Global Trade Agreements, USMCA, Commerce and Trade Wars, Border Economy, The State of Trade, In Bond Shipments, Disruptive Technology, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Modernization of Cross Border, E-Freight, E-Commerce, and other critical topics.
